Hamilton Island Airport Arrival
On arrival at Hamilton Island Airport, members of the Hamilton Island team will greet passengers with complimentary coaches for transfer to guest accommodation.
Luggage Collection
Upon arrival at Hamilton Island airport, guests will need to identify their luggage before boarding their transfers to the accommodation. Once the luggage has been identified, the porters will transfer it to guests room.

- A fee of 20% of the total stay will be charged for bookings cancelled 14-8 days prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show or early departure.
Valid for 22DEC12-05JAN13:
- A fee of 20% of the total stay will be charged for bookings cancelled prior to and including 31 October 2012.
- No refund if cancelled on or after 1 November 2012, or in the event of a no-show or early departure.
Valid for 01APR12-31MAR13:
Golf Component Only:
- A 50% cancellation fee applies if booking cancels 12-48 hours prior to arrival. This fee will be waivered if an alternative tee time is booked within the same stay.
- No refund if booking cancels 11 hours prior to arrival. This fee will be waivered if an alternative tee time is booked within the same stay.~~~~
